For the smoothie
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1tbsp runny honey (blossom for preference)
- 200ml yogurt
- 100ml orange juice
- handful ice cubes
For the salad
- 1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained
- 2tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- ½ red onion, peeled and diced
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2tbsp sweetcorn
- salt
- pepper
- juice of ½ orange
