Spinach & ricotta ravioli

Serves 2 in 15 minutes
Place 250g pack Waitrose Fresh Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli  in a large pan of boiling water (the pasta will separate during cooking). Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain, then drizzle with a little Waitrose 100% Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Season and sprinkle Waitrose Organic LOVE Life Walnuts (approx 15g per person) over the top. Serve with 140g pack Waitrose Watercress, Rocket and Spinach salad.
